A HISTORY OF RELIABILITY THAT LEADS THE WAY TO THE FUTURE

The origins of Bemberg™ date back to the late 19th century. In 1897, German company J.P. Bemberg™ succeeded in commercializing a new textile production technology called the cuprammonium process.

This takes us to the present day, when Asahi Kasei is proud of its unparalleled share of the global market. It can certainly be said that after more than 80 years of testing, the quality of the Bemberg™ fibre is recognized worldwide.

WHAT IS BEMBERG™ CUPRO FIBRE?

BORN FROM COTTON, BETTER THAN COTTON

With mother nature in mind, the cotton linter used to produce Bemberg™ Cupro fibre is derived from unused fibre. It is then removed of all impurities and reborned as a cellulose fibre that is softer and purer than cotton.

Cotton linter is the short downy fibre that enfolds the cotton seed.

THE VARIOUS INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY

  1. Immediately absorbs odour and neutralize sweat odour.
  2. Long lasting deodorizing function which cuts the components that are the source of sweaty odours.
  3. Washing does not cause decline in performance as fibre itself has deodorizing function.
